This is a two story single family house with three bedrooms bedrooms near Saxony Village in Fishers. The bedrooms are spacious and have ample closet space. There is plenty of common area space in the loft, kitchen, and living room. They would have a shared bathroom. There is a small fenced in yard with a grill on the patio. The house is near I-69, there are multiple grocery stores nearby and other amenities in the surrounding area. The rent will be about $700 + utilities per person if we can split rent three ways with three roommates. Total rent is $2,035. Utilities will likely run about $130 - $170 per person if split three ways. One-year lease only. Non smokers only.

I currently live in the house with other roommates who are all moving out at the end of May 2026. I would like to renew the lease, but need roommates to afford the rent. I am single, in my thirties, and work for the Indiana Government in downtown Indianapolis Monday-Friday. This has been a quiet and peaceful home with courteous and respectful roommates and I would like new roommates who want the same. I will spend most of my time in my bedroom on my computer when I am home, which will leave the common areas open for you to use. The most important things for me are that the house remain absolutely quiet at night because I am a light sleeper and that there cannot be any artificial scents (Febreze, scented candles, perfumes, etc.) because I am allergic to them.
