Amazing Carmel Location, semi-ghost roomate!

I am looking for a responsible, chill roomate to fill my furnished main level room of my 2,250 SF townhome. The layout of my home provides excellent privacy for a roomate, as they have both garage and front door access. The kitchen/living room is on the main floor, and my room is on the top floor. You would have access to the shared spaces including the living room, beautiful kitchen/dining room , 2 small patios on second floor, and have direct garage access right outside your bedroom door. I am a clean, quiet, very respectful 40 y/o male who doesn’t spend tons of time home, hence the roomate concept…I travel for work here and there and for leisure , am not a home body (and I am in my room typically, if I am), and work a lot, in general.

I am very respectful of privacy, and am looking for the same. The three floor layout is conducive to privacy, and my guess is that there would likely be days or even weeks where we don’t see each other-even though I am occupying the top floor room, as you occupy the main floor level.

The townhome has a prime location in the Bridgewater Club community (membership not included for tenant, sorry). There are expansive trails with beautiful views of the many ‘lakes’, as well as many parks all outside your front door. Walgreens, Culvers, and a couple restaurants are on 146th/Gray and are a quick 3-4 minute walk! Groceries, gas station, banks, and bars are also within walking distance!

Utilities and some streaming services are included. I typically have 2-3 streaming services to offer. The room can be furnished, or not. Nice, Private full bathroom in the room. It’s a very quiet space.

I am a very easy going person who cleans up after myself, pays my bills on time, and respects privacy-and I am hoping for the same! Thank you for reading.
