Peace and quiet neighborhood/ private room & restr

My roomie would have their own room and private bathroom, which is inside of room. It will have a bed and the bathroom will be decorated regular. You are more than welcome to buy your own furniture inside your own room and decorate as you please. The common areas are shared. (we can discuss further far as the amenities around the apartment complex.) I’m only renting the room 6months to a year for now but willing to extend depending on the person. (if you have pets, you will have to pay pet fees because I’m not paying those. I don’t have any pets.)

Things to know about me and the apartment. I’m an easy person to get along with. I do work a lot, so majority of the time the apartment will be quiet. I’m a little OCD, so I would prefer a clean person as well. I don’t have too much traffic coming in and out of the apartment nor parties. I also prefer to keep it that way… I have no pets, nor do I smoke. Just looking for somebody to share my space with that is positive, goal oriented and that’s grinding it out like me. If that is you, don’t hesitate to hit me up. If you have additional question, we can discuss more in person or over the phone. (I prefer to meet up or talk before the viewing, if that’s okay.)
