Private room available in a shared historic house in the Northside neighborhood. Unfurnished bedroom is upstairs, private bathroom downstairs included. All utilities included in rent. Has private parking available as well as garage space. Preferably month-to-month at first, but I'm open to longer leases later on. Small pets ok, visitors ok, no children as my dog is not okay with kids. Vaping ok inside, smoking outside.
Looking for someone punctual and reliable, who's clean, respectful, and open to clear communication. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
I'm chill, flexible and respectful of shared spaces. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, hanging out with friends and going for walks with my dog. Full time day worker in my 30s. There is a small dog, a cat and a 5ish foot snake in the home. I enjoy hanging out over a drink or a game, but I'm also respectful of personal space.
