Room Available w/ Recording Studio Access

Hi! Im needing a roommate starting in August (or as early as possible). The house is a 2 bed 2 bath with a finished attic and (basically) finished basement. The basement also has a few fundamental pieces to becoming a recording studio included (Allen & Heath console, dedicated rooms, etc).
The attic is also finished and livable! It will be a little more than the room advertised because it's so much larger, so please ask if you're interested!
For couples, rent will be adjusted according to how many people are here. That rate will be $1300+2/3 utilities.
The living room, basement, and kitchen are all shared. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, and filtered water system installed.
The floors of the bedrooms are being refinished.
The main floor bathroom is also being refinished with new lighting fixtures and new ventilation installed.
There is a deck that is being finished on the back of the breezeway as well that will be grill-ready in the coming weeks!
Background check and soft credit pull will be run.
