Two rooms for rent in three bedroom home.

Home is located in a quiet, safe single-family home neighborhood. Driveway and plenty of street parking in front of residence (wide streets).

Currently one tenant is in the home, as they are in process of buying a home. They are seldom home, quiet, and respectful. Tenant is a baker, and often works very early mornings.

Ideal future tenants (you), would be a student, professional, digital nomad, fellow travelers, etc that enjoys and maintains a calm, clean environment.

Tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves, washing bedding, and purchasing their own supplies. Some cleaning supplies are provided, as well as extra set of linens, and a stocked kitchen with general appliances and utensils.

Home is centrally located and near grocery store, fitness center, shopping malls, restaurants and fast food, hospitals, medical centers, farmers market, cafe, bakery, and more!

Myself (landlord) has a locked room in the basement I use for storage, that is off limits to tenants. Rest of the home is for your use! Including fenced in backyard.

I am open to discussing renting the entire home, short term, if this is of interest.
