Hello! I'm renting out my spare bedroom for $500/month, queen sized bed and mattress as well as utilities included. It's a small bedroom with a large walk-in closet. Two dogs live here, a small pitbull (50lb) and a very large great pyrenees(125lb). You don't have to take care of them, but you do have to be comfortable with them.
