More like family then just roommates

Small room in Machesney Park. It is on the 2nd floor shared 1/2 bathroom with other roommates. ( mother and daughter ) roommate that is leaving has been here 31/2 to 4 years. leaving to be closer to work. I have other roommates that still come back to visit or to stay. We have 3 small dogs and 2 cats. I am the only smoker in the house. I usually only smoke in the living room. We offer a small patio out the 1st back yard. We still need to finish cleaning it up. In the 2nd back yard we have a standing garden, patio, and a good size pool. We have a washer and dryer on sight. Full kitchen ( meals can be discussed )full bathroom on main floor with stand up shower. All are always welcome to join the family in the living room. We do share chores. Again I like to mention we are more like a family, then anything else. If you would like to speak to some of my former renters i can arrange that for you.
