Room for rent in Romeoville. We are 10 minutes from I-55, About 20 minutes from Naperville, Bolingbrook and Joliet.

The room features the following.
1. High end Purple queen size adjustable bed (head and foot incline/ decline.)
2. 42" smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, , Amazon Prime video.
3. Both light filtering and blackout cellular shades.
4. Smart Lighting
5. Laundry machines on first floor (soap and bleach included)
6. Workout area in basement with high end Smith machine, free weights and treadmill.
7. Several public areas including outdoor gazebo, loft with 110" projector.
8. Fast fiber internet room has wifi as well as wired connection.

About us.

We are a Progressive (non conservative) family. we have an 19yo and a 14yo who plays the piano from time to time. We have a Great Pyrenes named George who is super friendly but very big and very hairy. We prefer a young person (under 30) or college student as we have experience with that. However, will take a professional female. We offer a friendly family oriented environment.

Cost includes basic meals (prepared dinners and groceries for breakfast. Private residence, driveway parking (EV charging is available). House is located within 1/2 mile of 3 parks and the village walking/ running path.

Meals are home made, mix of American, Mexican, and Asian cuisine. Dinners range from Chicken thighs with rice and a vegetable to home made pizzas, pasta dinners, tacos etc.
