Room available in my 3-bedroom house in Peoria, Illinois. Rent is a flat $800/month with internet, electricity, and water all included — one payment, no accounts to set up, no surprise bills.

You'd share the house with just me. I'm a game developer who works from a nearby office and from home some days so I lead a relatively quiet life. Internet is fast and reliable because my job depends on it. The room is 10x10 with a ceiling fan and a closet with a light. I have a mattress available if you do not have one to bring. There is one shared shower and 2 bathrooms. The house has a washer/dryer, a grill, furnished basement, and spacious back yard. Pet friendly!

Location is convenient to OSF Saint Francis, which makes it an easy fit for hospital staff, students, or remote workers new to Peoria.
