Looking for stable and peaceful roommate

I am looking for one individual to share my townhouse style apartment with. The home is furnished but the available bedroom will be empty. In unit washer/dryer. Shared living space. I am a single mother to a very well behaved 4 year old boy. We are both gone early in the morning until the late afternoon for work and school. I have worked hard to create a safe, stable and loving environment for my son and we want a roommate that understands this is a family house. This is not a party house with people in and out at all times of the day and night. Occasional guests are welcome for visits Of course. We go to bed early and we leave early. We are respectful to others living in the home and their belongings. We do have a cat and dog but they are very sweet and house broken/litter trained. I keep a clean home and expect a roommate to help with some cleaning. We need someone stable. Not a job hopper. We really just want stability.
