I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Landings at Amhurst Lake(Harlequin Floorplan). The private bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed and two nightstands, and the study space includes a desk and office chair offering a comfortable and move-in-ready setup. (Decor not included)You’ll also have your own private bathroom.

Shared Living Space:
Includes a balcony, large kitchen, work/study area, and fully furnished living room. There is also a storage closet on the balcony.

Roomate:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with one female roommate, who is a full-time Master’s student at Rosalind Franklin University. The environment is respectful and student-friendly.

Location:
There are grocery stores and restaurants just a 3-5 minute drive away from the apartment. It’s also a 15 minute drive from the Gurnee Mills Mall and a 30 minute drive from O’hare Airport.
