Rent either a furnished or unfurnished bedroom in my 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home with three outdoor spaces: balcony, courtyard and patio.

Shared kitchen, but there is also a lower level wet bar with mini-fridge that could serve as your private space; just add your own microwave! Washer, dryer would also be shared.

Rent includes utilities: heat, AC, cable, internet, and access to community amenities: indoor and outdoor pool, fitness facility, hiking trails, golf course, club house, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball court, on site security.

I am a single professional female working from home. Ideally, you work outside the home. I have a small Labradoodle. If you have a dog, we can see if they connect. No high-risk dog breeds. No overnight guests. No loud music. No smoking. No drugs. No crazies!
