Private Bedroom For Rent

I’m looking for someone to take over my portion of a lease for a 2 bed, 2 bath townhome in West Dundee, IL. I’m moving out of state in March and need someone to finish the lease through mid/late December 2026 (no option to renew). Your bedroom and private bathroom are downstairs. The unit is two stories with a loft, in-unit washer and dryer, and tons of complex amenities. Rent is split three ways (with current roommate and her boyfriend), so your portion would be about $770/month + utilities (ComEd, Nicor, WiFi).

Current roommate is 23, a phlebotomist, and in nursing school. She’s fun and easygoing, works evenings, and has classes two days a week in the afternoon/evening. Her boyfriend works during the day and mostly keeps to himself upstairs, so you likely won’t see him much. If you’re looking for something short term and want more info, message me!
