I work remotely in addition to running Chicago Music Guide, an online publication dedicated to Chicago's music scene. I spend a lot of time working from home and generally enjoy a quieter lifestyle. I'm looking for someone responsible and considerate who would appreciate a comfortable, relaxed living environment.

About the Apartment

The apartment has a shared-space layout, so I'm hoping to find an arrangement that works well for both of us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated fairly close together, with the second bedroom conveniently located near the other bathroom and kitchen. We can discuss the room and bathroom arrangements and decide what makes the most sense for both of us.

The community offers some great conveniences, including a fitness center in the same building, restaurants within walking distance, and shopping nearby.
