I am located in Plato Center which is the far west side of Elgin, in Kane county. The 5 beautiful acres west of Randall Rd has been my home for many years.

The home/property includes: 4 Bed/3Bth, Living Rm, Family Rm, Kitchen, Dining Rm, Utility Rm, mature trees, a large pond, chickens/ducks, great front & back porch, and deck...lots of space to relax, and pleanty of parking.
The expressway, Metra train, shopping, community college, hospitals, movie theatre, and restaurants are approx 4-5 miles away.

I am a straight, single, pretty chill, very active 66 yo, that enjoys being outside as much as possible. I'm busy working and staying in shape. Looking for a roommate that is self-sufficient, friendly, willing to chat, but also respectful of our time. I'm happy to help if you face a challange, and need discernment. I appreciate drama-free living. I do have prior experience renting with roommates including international students & adults.
