The lovely area provides walking trails and there is access available to a private clubhouse and pool and tennis courts.

2 adults live upstairs in the 4 bedroom house (35 and 70 years old). Also there are two Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers (14 and 9 years of age.) They are friendly, do not shed, are hypoallergenic and rarely bark.
