We are three, 30-40 something, mixed professionals looking for a clean, honest, drama~free roommate to share our one-of-a-kind, eclectic, artsy house near downtown Aurora. We are an LGBTQ~friendly household, so acceptance and mutual respect of one another is a must.
Located in Aurora's beautiful Near Eastside Historic District, our turn-of-the-century, Victorian-style house is centrally located and within walking distance from the BNSF Metra train line, the Fox River Trail, the Illinois Prairie Path, Aurora Public Library, Aurora's Waubonsee Campus, Paramount Theater, RiverEdge Park, and lots of restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, parks and more!
This cozy room is gorgeous with nine windows that open out to tall trees, making you feel like you’re living in a little treehouse. There is a private bathroom attached with a large, green soaking tub. There’s even a balcony where you can sit and enjoy fresh air, watch the sun rise, do yoga, or work in the sunshine.
There’s a mini, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a dresser, cubbies, and a little cabinet/closet.
