Room Near Downtown Aurora

Graduation is coming up for a lot of people. I have a room available in the Chicagoland area and would like to give someone the opportunity to get on their feet. Even if you’re not a student, if you’re a local woman, I trust you more than a random from Craigslist.

The house is in Aurora, 1 hour drive to downtown Chicago, and I live walking distance from the local BNSF train access. I am walking distance from local downtown Aurora. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Safe and quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. It is a stand-alone single family home with a large backyard and driveway + street parking.

The house is from 1926 and is under renovation (by me) so I can negotiate on price. I do keep the house very clean despite the ongoing projects. The available room is on the second floor with shared bathroom access. The room is furnished with a bed and TV, but I can move things around if you have your own. I have 3 cats, so pets will likely not work (unless you have a really chill cat that gets along). No cigarette smoking please.
