It has a large enclosed patio with windows and screens to keep unwanted pests out. Brand new flooring and paint throughout. This unit does include a stove, a new refrigerator, washerdryer hookups, and a designated parking space. Lawncare and driveway snow removal are included. Utilities are NOT included. We do have a pest control service that maintains the property bi monthly. It is perfect for a single person or a couple. Must pass a background check, or higher credit score, and proof of income with .X rent to income ratio.
The following deposits are required: security, utility, cleaning, pet (if applicable). No cats allowed or uninsurable dogs. No satellites. There is no storage or garage with this unit.
