The house is located three short blocks away from the Villa Park Metra station and a quick drive from I-290 to easily get downtown. The room is fully furnished room: desk, queen bed and frame, dresser, and bookshelf. Along with a small closet. There is a shared bathroom upstairs. Nearly fully supplied kitchen; you just need your own plates, bowls, and cups.

Utilities are NOT included in rent, they are split evenly between tenants. Rent is $800 per month and due at the first of the month. Utilities are as followed: water/sewer, trash, electric, wifi, gas, and a quarterly water sanitation bill from Salt Creek. Approximately $150 per month with two people living here. Those would be due at the first of each month.

Gas stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer, dryer, backyard space, security cameras on the property, and a cupboard place for your food and dishes.

If you bring your car, you will be able to use the driveway from May through end of July. After which will be street parking, that you would need to coordinate through the police department.

Ideally looking for one responsible and friendly roommates. This is a very quiet, family friendly suburban area.
