Looking for a female roommate ! :)

I have a small room it’s not furnished, there’s carpet floor & closet with a light it doesn’t work I tried to change the light bulb still no difference

there’s also a air vent that doesn’t work in the room

There’s one bathroom it’s a good size the drawers are somewhat molded, the maintenance guy usually fixes that but with hot water showers it usually comes around so be cautious of that

please bring your own compartment for some of your items bcs there’s not much drawers in the bathroom I don’t use the bottom drawer and that’s one drawer.

the living room isn’t fully furnished but there is half a couch your allowed to want to decorate as long we can agree and follow apartment guidelines, please have good taste

there’s a kitchen, there’s a microwave, stove and a fridge and sink there’s also a dinner area it’s a very nice size it isn’t furnished. same as the living room your allowed to decorate please have good taste.

in th living room there is a air conditioner very cool air it’s amazing in the dining room there a light and fan on top use if needed please.

Pantry is clean nothing inside the panty but the fire extinguisher I don’t know where to put it up.. & also a light :)

There’s a balcony it’s a decent size, there blinds for your privacy. the balcony by the living room there’s a big tree in the front you can see the outside pretty view

there’s 2 extra closet one for shoes and one for anything miscellaneous you might have that you wont have room for.

I’m on the second floor, one the first floor there’s a washer and dryer where we share with the first level there’s also another washer and dryer upstairs. Please with the laundry room put a timer for your clothes as I stated it’s shared. it’s all about have decency for others ;)

we have parking spot, you can park anywhere you please, first step the leasing office need your plate to add your car into the parking lot. There’s two trash can one in the bath the building the other in the front of the building

we have a swimming pool sadly it closes September, as we are getting ready for fall season. The area is very green and well token care of, it’s quite the only noise is the kids playing outside around the time 3-7

We have a mail room for packages, in order to enter you need a key card that I can provide you, there’s also a mail box in the building labeled with the apartment building there’s a buzzer at the door if you ever invite a guest, there’s three options talk, buzz in & listen.

There’s really nice restaurants around here about 1-3 miles there the fox valley mall. It’s a very clean, nice area.
