Hi! My name is Ashley and I'm 24 with two cats. My current roommate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to move in. The apartment is furnished aside from the bedroom with a very large living room. The bathroom is shared bathroom. Pets are allowed but there is an annual fee of $350. It's a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, while also being close to major highways. Rent is $700 a month but with utilities it is $800 a month. Water, Gas, Sewer, and Trash are all included with the rent. I am Lgbtq friendly and currently working and going to school. I keep to myself mostly, and I love to keep things clean but I'm also happy to be friends with potential roommates! Smoking isn't allowed in the apartment, but a lot of people sit outside to do so and there are no problems. Background check is required through the landlord. Message me with any questions!
