In search of Female for Companion Housing

Furnished bedroom loft with carpeted sitting area, desk, balcony, private full bath, queen-sized bed, in a 3-level industrial townhouse. The homeowner had a stroke; doesn't need skilled nursing care, and prefers to have space, but shouldn't live alone. Reduced rental rate reflects expectation that the renter is a homebody, and willing to help out as needed. This 'home assistant' arrangement requires a just-right flexible female, and approval from all relatives (who will visit often). We're picturing a fellow retiree, or perhaps a graduate student. Warnings: Steep stairs, BYO TV, and hopefully you're not allergic to a cat. Utilities included. This special townhouse is in The Lofts block of Home Town subdivision in S/E Aurora. <photos pending>
