In Need Of A Roommate Asap!!

My name is Alyssa, I am in need for a roommate, hopefully the month of January.

Preferably, a female 21+.

I live 10-15 minutes walking distance from campus, and also have the stadium as my backyard. It makes for an entertaining Fall when the band begins to practice along with weekly tailgates during football season. I personally love it. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathroom, 2 hallway closets, a balcony, spacious kitchen and living room (both furnished), along with a pantry that is abnormally large. Lincolnshire West is a wonderful apartment complex - safe area, close to campus and local stores, and just has a joyful atmosphere. I have been here over three years now and am very pleased that I picked this apartment complex out of my other options at the time.

I am very close with my family, I have a few close friends, and like to go with the flow. I am very laid back, but say it how it is. All I ask for is mutual respect and we should get along great. I don't mind if you're a student or not, just as long as you have an income for the bills.

When asked if utilities were included, it’s partial. Utilities include: gas & heat, electricity, water, trash, and sewer.

Rent includes a base pay, along with a Utility Charge for Gas, and another one for Water & Sewer.

Each month, we would also split the Xfinity bill that covers Internet connection. Along with Com Ed covers Heat & Air, also Electricity.
