Wonderful Room in Arlington Club

A wonderfully spacious condo with the best roommate you could ask for!

Area Info: ⁃ In the beautiful Arlington Club complex: very safe location, friendly neighbors, beautiful walking paths, 2 outdoor pools ⁃ Close to CVS, grocery store, target/Walmart 5 mins away ⁃ Downtown Arlington heights just 15 mins away ⁃ Highway to city about 7 mins away

Common Space Info: -Nice clean carpet throughout condo, very cozy feel ⁃ Beautiful high ceilings in living room, very spacious feel ⁃ Adorable pink kitchen with big pantry for storage ⁃ Balcony with table/chairs for nice meals outside ⁃ Common area has comfy couch, cute breakfast booth ⁃ Central air condition / heat ⁃ In-unit laundry, brand new washer/dryer(game changer) ⁃ Dishwasher (also a game changer) ⁃ Free parking spot (either on driveway or in parking spots right across street) ⁃ Can offer some extra garage/storage space if needed

Room info: ⁃ a good sized room with a closet -lots of nice windows in room ⁃ Your own bathroom with good storage space ⁃ Clean carpets ⁃ Can be furnished if necessary

Roommate info: ⁃ I am a very kind, friendly, fun, person. I am a social and bubbly person, BUT also like my alone time! ⁃ I am a teacher and work a lot. Typically get up and leave around 7am, (sometimes 5am if I go to the gym) and home around 5pm most nights. ⁃ I have a huge family and a lot of friends, so I’m often out doing something. When I am home, I’m pretty much ready to just chill. For the most part, it’s my place to be alone and recharge. But I am down to hang from time to time if we’re up to it. Looking for someone with a similar vibe, who gets out and about and home is sorta a landing place to rest. ⁃ I will have people over from time to time (friends, sisters, nieces and nephews) but more often, I’m going to other people’s. I’m okay with you having a friend/friends over, but would like us to -I’m super considerate and also very easy-going/chill. -I’m quiet when necessary, and I keep my place nice and clean. -Not super particular about things, but I do make sure to always do my dishes right away, vacuum frequently, and keep all my areas tidy and organized. ⁃ I don’t cook a lot, but if I do, usually around 6pm. I have a few pots and pans but there is space for you to bring some of these things if you’d like.
