Looking for a roommate for the best 2 BR 2BA in Ukrainian Village starting 7/1.

Please note that I will be moving in 7/1 and the photos are of the current tenant (The stuff in the photos is not my stuff, fyi). A year long lease will be required. The landlord is a family friend, so I have control of the unit for a 7/1 move-in, but will sign a lease with whoever takes the other room. I currently live just around the corner and love the neighborhood. A credit, criminal, and eviction background check will be required as well.
