This is a beautiful home to an artist and jazz musician. The apartment is very spacious and unique in its design and decor. The home is filled with books, art, and plants all throughout. All the utilities and WiFi are included in the rental cost. We have a backyard with a grill, and a workout space. The apartment also has a washer and dryer setup, and the room comes fully furnished. We are mostly out of town or on the road, so you most likely have the entire apartment to yourself.
