We have one bedroom available in our house at the border of Rogers Park and West Ridge (near Touhy & Ridge). We are positive, optimistic, and friendly, so we are looking for a roommate with the same vibe. Quiet, peaceful house. Quiet block. Laundry in basement. Short trip to Howard Station, Metra (UP-N), and lakefront. $850/month. Obviously LGBTQIA+ friendly, since we’re a gay couple. No smoking/drugs, other than alcohol and perhaps cannabis edibles. No pets or ESAs. Fairly easy street parking, but off-street parking available for an additional $75.
