Looking for Roommate. Space Available Feb 1

The Basics:
My current roommate is moving out toward the end of January so the space will be available starting February 1. It’s a great 2BR/2BA apartment near Devon and Western, right in between Rogers Park and Little India, a few minutes walk to the Devon bus and a short bus ride from the Loyola red line stop. 1,200 square feet. Laundry in unit.

There’s a ton of space in the living room for furniture. There’s already a TV, as well as a couch that can stay or go, but a lot of the other furniture is going with my roommate. You’d have the bigger bedroom (about 150 sq ft), which also has an attached bathroom.

Your share would be $1,031/month (total rent is $2,062). Utilities are generally between $120 and $150, but can be more expensive in the winter.

The landlord will require you to fill out a new application.

About Me:
I work from home as a content specialist for a software company, and I’m generally a geeky, neurodivergent homebody kind of person. Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time gaming or watching tv/movies… If you’re into horror, I’ll never run out of recommendations! I also have a burgeoning collection of board games if you’re into that kind of thing.

I do have a cat; she doesn’t like other animals much, but she also spends most of her time sleeping in my room, so living with other chill pets hasn’t been an issue.
