In search of someone to sublet (thru August & then you can stay on your own lease) my West Rogers Park apartment (a block from Devon, Little India area where all the restaurants are). Move-in date January 1st (I’m moving to my new apartment on December 21st, so you can move in sooner if you want, at no additional charge). About 1000 square feet (huge living room—that couch pictured took up my whole living room in my last place, to give you an idea how big). Pictures of kitchen are old—they took out those old tiles and redid that floor, as well as fixed the flooring in the other rooms. Pics with my furniture is how the floors are now. Huge dining room (I use it as my home office, but I have way too much room left over). Good sized bedroom (didn’t put pic of other side where my dresser and closet are because my room is messy right now). Plenty of closet space—1 in bedroom, 2 closets in the foyer, as well as a linen closet in the hallway, a good sized pantry, and a big storage space in the basement. Laundry on premises. Rent is $1481 (includes tenant portal fees), but you can choose to rent a whole garage to yourself for an additional $150 if you want. Free heat. Utilities are super low here (I’ve never paid more than $50 for electric & $25 for gas). Good credit and proof of income required—there will be a credit check thru the leasing company.
