My long term girlfriend and I broke up and will need to sublet our apartment. It is 900 square feet luxury apt. Great space and an even better view. I’m looking to sublet from January to July when my lease ends.

The apartment building is K2 apartments. Incredible amenities including a pool, hot tub, steam room, 24/7 gym, movie theater, great staff and maintenance. In unit washer and dryer. Built in Bluetooth speakers in the walls and great neighbors. I’m actually so sad I have to leave this beautiful apartment, but I’m hoping to find someone reliable and honest about their expectations in a time of uncertainty for me.
