I’m going away for a month and looking for a responsible, professional, and trustworthy person to take over my beautiful furnished condo studio during that time.

The apartment is located in a safe, lively neighborhood in Uptown, very close to Foster Beach, with a beautiful lake view directly from the large apartment window. The lakefront and beach are just minutes away.

The studio is fully furnished and includes a full-size bed, TV, sofa/futon, chair, table, mirror, free Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, dustbin, and other everyday essentials. You can move in without having to arrange furniture or basic household items.

The neighborhood is extremely convenient, with Mariano’s, McDonald’s, Subway, restaurants, cafés, brunch places, and grocery stores nearby.

Transportation to downtown is excellent. The 147 express bus provides a very convenient connection to downtown, and the 146, 136, and 148 buses are also easily accessible. The Red Line is approximately a 10-minute walk away.

Rent: $1,330 for the month.

Since this is my personal apartment and all of my belongings will remain inside, I am looking specifically for someone who will treat the space responsibly and keep it clean and well maintained throughout the stay. Depending on this arrangement, I may also be willing to waive the electricity charges.
