Hello everyone! I’m looking for someone to sublease my bedroom in a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Uptown through November 30th! The picture of the bedroom with the star on the photo is the room for rent.

About the apartment

* Family-owned with absolutely incredible management
* I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and it has truly exceeded my expectations
* Rent: $888/month plus utilities
* Utilities are generally around $80/person

* About an 8-minute walk to the Lawrence Red Line
* Right between Clark and Broadway
* Easy access to the 22 and 36 buses
* Great location for getting around the city

About the roommate
You’ll be living with my roommate, Adam, who is 23. He’s been a great roommate over the last two years. We both keep the apartment and common areas very clean, so ideally I’m looking for someone who is respectful and clean as well.

I recently found a new apartment a little farther south to shorten my commute downtown for work, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. My new lease starts September 1st, so I’m hoping to find someone soon!
