The apartment is a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath located at Western & Harrison, just a 2-minute walk from the Western Blue Line station. It features a large living room with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows.
Rent is $1,300/month plus internet, gas, and electricity (water included). You'll have a private en-suite bathroom connected directly to the bedroom. The current roommate may be willing to sell the furniture in the room if you're interested.
Gated off-street parking available. Parking is currently free if there is only one car. If both roommates have cars, the total parking fee is $100/month ($50 each). Since I don't currently have a car, parking would be free for you for now.
I'm in my 40s and work as an AI model trainer and bartender. I'm clean, quiet, respectful, and value open communication and mutual respect. I may be caring for a friend's standard poodle and cat for a few months, so you should be comfortable sharing the apartment with pets during that time.
Ideally looking for a working professional, preferably 30+, though students may also be considered. The landlord accepts student loan funding with documentation. The new roommate will be replacing the current roommate on the lease and will need to complete the landlord's application process
