These are some major rules you want to be aware of, they are also written in the lease.

- No guest overnight stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the apartment.
- No pets
- Clean after use of the common area. such as the dining table, kitchen countertop, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pantry and washer/dryer (clean dryer filter after each use).

5 minutes walk to Blue Line Station.
2 minutes walk to Harrison #7 bus stop.

One-year lease is preferred.
Lease from 6 months to less than 12 months available with one-time non-refundable $150 cleaning fee.
