The regular MTM rate for this apartment is over $8.3k. However, you can pay as low as $1.6k/month to use the primary bedroom with another tenant!

The primary bedroom has two separate beds and can accept two tenants in total for only $1.6k/month per tenant (you can bring your own roommate as the other tenant if you want)! It has its own ensuite bathroom, walk-through closet, and a dresser. You can also get the whole room to yourself with a higher rate (contact for details). We will also provide you with a partition to put between the beds for privacy if you would like.

The private bedroom (one bed) has its own walk-in closet and is right across from the hall bathroom. You get exclusive access to the hall bathroom for added privacy. The rate is only $2.6k/month.

Both tenants can use the living room, kitchen, dining room, and an in-unit laundry room with a washer and dryer. You also get access to the amazing community amenities.

Because there are no other subtenants in the apartment yet, you can also rent out the ENTIRE apartment to yourself for an adjusted rate (DM for details)!

If you are willing pay for the entire price of the primary bedroom alone without sharing and pay an adjusted security deposit, we may even grant you priority access to the furnished den (basically an extra room without a door that you can use as a study/office). Otherwise, the den can also be a shared feature of the apartment.

Security deposit will be returned in full when the apartment is left clean and undamaged.
