This also places it just a few blocks away from the various shops and commerce centers along Ashland including laundromats, restaurants, and more (McDonald’s, Dunkin Donuts, Mariano’s, Burger King, GNC, etc). The kitchen/dining area and bathroom are also newly remodeled. The kitchen/dining area and bathroom are common/communal areas shared by other individuals who are also renting rooms in the same complex. Common areas are also already fully furnished with appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, hood). Ideal for students, interns, local workers, and others new to the area.
