There is a redline stop across the street, several buses, and 10 mins from downtown. Easy street parking and close to all expressways and Lake Shore Drive.

There is a handy Mariano's (grocery store) two blocks away,
a Target up the street, and plenty of shopping in the area.
Across the street from Chinatown in a safe, gated complex.

No drugs, smoking of any kind, or pets please.

Covid vaccinated required.

Looking for someone, responsible, neat, and conversational, although privacy is of course respected. Looking for an easy going, stress free environment, and communication is important.

I am neat and like a clean house but not obsessive about it.

You would need to share a bathroom with the other (third) roommate, but because that room is also available I'm not sure who that would be yet.. It could be a male or a female so please consider if that would be comfortable for you.
I have my own bathroom.

The rent is $1275/month + $100/month to include all utilities.
There is a $300 refundable security deposit.

The room is available NOW/ASAP, although I'm flexible.
Ideally looking for a long-term lease, but will consider shorter term options.
