I'm looking for a respectful, quiet, and tidy roommate to share an older apartment building. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, and shelf, so it's ready for someone to move in.

About the apartment:

Furnished private bedroom

Shared access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom

Washer and dryer available in the building

Plenty of street parking during the day, but parking becomes very difficult after approximately 11–11:30 PM.

A little about the household:

I'm a single mom with a 10-year-old son, and we live a pretty structured, routine-oriented lifestyle. Our mornings start around 7 AM, and we're usually out of the house by 8 AM. I'm typically away until around 3 PM, and we're often out on weekends.

I'm hoping to find someone who has a similar preference for a peaceful home, respects personal space and privacy, and is comfortable living independently without needing to socialize all the time. I'm looking for a roommate, not necessarily a built-in best friend, although being friendly and considerate is always a plus!

Keeping shared spaces clean, washing dishes, and cleaning up after yourself are important to me. I want us both to feel comfortable in our home and be respectful of each other's routines.

Full transparency: The building is older, and I do have neighbors who can sometimes be noisy. I want to be upfront about that so there are no surprises.
