What I am looking for:
I am looking for a female roommate to share my home. 40's, freshly divorced. Cat friendly if not enthusiast is required. We have 4 cats, all sweet. My 10 yr old son is home Sunday AM through Wednesday AM. Looking for a quiet woman, preferably over 35. Bonus points if you're handy. Ha. I'm hoping to find a roommate I feel very comfortable bringing into my home. A bit about me: 48, progressive, ADHD. Must be tolerant and responsible. Must keep space tidy and maintained.

What I have available: 6 months+ lease. I have a raised brick ranch and am renovating the basement. Bedroom is 10X11 roughly with a closet. Living space will be mostly furnished and around 400 sq feet. Block windows. Not much natural light. Womp womp. But the downstairs will mostly be yours. Plenty of room to put in a little makeshift kitchen, full size fridge and utility sink in the laundry room for your use, should you choose to do so. Stepkids did it no problem. Shared space would be upstairs kitchen if preferred, bathroom, and adorable backyard and patio, if I do say so myself. Garage parking and storage available (within reason)
