There is a two car garage, as well as easy parking in the neighborhood. The house has a quaint backyard with a beautiful tree-shaded patio. Patio is furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a small gas grill.

Rent is $1850 per month for both rooms and includes all utilities. I would prefer to rent to a single tenant (female) but I am accepting applications from couples. The bedroom and home office are unfurnished, and each has one closet. The main living areas are furnished.

I am a working professional looking for a clean and considerate housemate. I love to cook and spend a lot of my free time doing art in the basement. I enjoy hosting DnD 1-2 times a month. My previous roommate had cats (you may see them in the pictures) I do not have any pets and the house will be professionally cleaned between tenants.
