Town house on second floor with garage/ driveway

Currently seeking roommate in a two bedroom two bathroom town house. The bathroom available for renter would be shared as it is the only one with a tub/shower. The home is fully furnished. The room available has a walk-in closet. Looking for a female roommate who is clean and ok with living with a female 50lb Pitbull. No other dogs allowed. My dog is very sweet and cuddly indoors but does bark when she sees people outside the windows and balcony door. I can easily keep her in my room. Looking for someone to keep a cleaning schedule with and likes to hangout out and watch movies together occasionally . Renter must be responsible with paying rent to landlord and utilities will need to be split. Looking for a respectful and kind roommate with a steady job.
