The rent per room per month is $550. Utilities (Gas, Electricity & Water) will be equally shared by the 3 occupants (2 Tenants and 1 Landlord). Common areas include a large living room, separate dining room, and eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances. There is a separate laundry (utility) room with a washer & dryer next to the kitchen.

There are 2 guest bedrooms in the home. One of the guest rooms is occupied by a 23-year-old female tenant and she prefers a female tenant to move into the other guest room and share the bathroom with her.

There is 1 master bedroom with an attached master bath. I live in the master bedroom which has an attached master bath. I’m ok with a month-to-month renting option and I don’t need any security deposit.

About me: I’m a 39-year-old single professional male. I work in the suburbs for a Telecom Company. I’m very decent, honest, trustworthy, and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke or drink. I don’t party and I keep the home very clean. I’ve had male and female roommates whom I can provide as references for any information regarding me.
