I will be listing my home in July. The current tenant who is occupying both guest rooms is vacating sooner than initially agreed. They initially agreed to a month-to-month renting agreement till June 30 but now they've decided to move to an apartment in May. They will vacate by April 30. Therefore, looking for someone to rent my two guest bedrooms for 2 months only (May 1 - June 30). I'm going through a divorce and as part of the divorce agreement, I have to start the home listing process in the first week of July. So, kindly contact me only if you can vacate by June 30. The rent for the bigger bedroom is $650 per month & the rent for the smaller bedroom is $600 per month. Utilities (Gas, Water & Electricity) will be shared equally among the two tenants and the landlord (me). Internet is included in the rent. Common areas include a large living room, a separate dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances. There is a separate laundry (utility) room with a washer & dryer next to the kitchen.

There are 2 guest bedrooms in the home (which I'm renting out) and there is 1 master bedroom. I live in the master bedroom; I have my own attached master bath.

About Me: I'm a single professional male working in the suburbs for a Telecom firm. I'm decent, honest, trustworthy, and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke or drink. I don’t party, and I keep the home very clean. I’ve had male and female roommates before whom I can provide as references for any information regarding me.
