The rent for the bigger bedroom is $650 per month & the rent for the smaller bedroom is $600 per month. Utilities (Gas, Water & Electricity) will be shared equally among the two tenants and the landlord (me). Internet is included in the rent. Common areas include a large living room, a separate dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with stainless appliances. There is a separate laundry (utility) room with a washer & dryer next to the kitchen.

There are 2 guest bedrooms in the home (which I’m renting out) and there is 1 master bedroom. I live in the master bedroom; I have my own attached master bath.

I’m willing to rent on a month-to-month basis for the next ten months [till May 2027]. I’m going through a divorce and as part of the divorce agreement, I have to list the home in June 2027. So, kindly contact me only if you can vacate by May 31, 2027. Thank you.
