Looking For New Housemate

Currently trying to keep this 3 bedroom house my fiance financed before he passed. (It's been over a year so I'm no longer a mess). It's a three bedroom house in Sauk Village. It has a front and backyard (fenced). Stainless steel appliances. Laundry room with fully functional washer and dryer. There is one large room available but a smaller one will open up in December. I am beyond open minded but I do need to feel safe. If your energy is off to me, I can't move you in. I'm not prepared to tolerate toxic or chaotic people nor people who cannot afford to make the rent on time. I'm a Yoga and fitness instructor plus I work full time at stretchlab but I can't afford this mortgage by myself. The room is not fully furnished but I do have a desk in there and a very cheap couch that the last roommate used for the room if you need it.
I'm not obsessively clean and I don't cook a lot now that use a meal service so you're welcome to use whatever you need in the kitchen if you looks to cook. Msg me if you're interested, kewl with my small petting zoo (two small dogs and two cats) and can definitely afford the rent I've listed and we'll set up an interview.
