Hi everyone! I’m renting out my extra room in my 2 bed, 2 bathroom condo in Rogers Park. Flexible move in date starting October 1st or later, with an annual lease and one month rent as a security deposit. Rent is $1,200/month plus utilities (gas, electric, internet/cable).

About me: I’m a queer woman in my mid 30s. I work a 9 to 5 that requires me in office Monday through Friday. During my free time, I enjoy running, reading, journaling, crafting, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family. I’ve lived in my neighborhood for 5 years and love the community and area.

About the place:
- Two bedroom, two bath
- All hardwood floors with in unit washer and dryer, central AC/heat, and dishwasher
- Top floor of a four story walk up
- Two blocks from the lake
- Free street parking available and near the Morse redline stop and Rogers Park Metra.
- Small to medium sized dogs are okay. No cats, I'm unfortunately highly allergic.

Ideal roommate:
- LGBTQ+ friendly
- Keeps common areas clean, okay with shared chores, and is communicative
- Someone who doesn’t mind the occasional roommate hangout, but also has a life of their own
- Financially responsible and has lived with roommates before
