There are two rooms availble to rent, one towards the back of the apartment and one somewhere in the middle. The back bedroom has an attached room and the second one is decently sized but the smallest of the three rooms. There is in-unit laundry, no dishwasher, and a one bathroom that all tenants must share. I'd prefer for WI-FI to be a joint montly cost, to be included with utilities. Utiliies can range anwhere from $40-$100 depending on usage. There is a back deck and an attached front balcony.
The cuurent roomates plan to be out no later than September 15th, but the lease starts on the 1st of everymonth.
Anyone is welcome but stong preference for women for safety factors. I just ask that we all try to be on the same page and contribute to the cleanliness of the household. I also have a cat who is NOT a fan of other cats at least, and any other animals at worst. Enter at will.
