Bedroom Sublet on a Huge Apt by Lake

Pls text for inquiries of the Master's bedroom . Available by Oct 1st but there's another bedroom you can use for 2 months until the Master's bedroom becomes available since we move annually to Florida for the winter and at times stay to as long as one year.

You can redesign the master's bedroom to your liking.

Utilities are covered - gas, electric including wifi. but limited to using AC. I had the Kitchen painted and all ceiling lights were replaced with green pendant light recently.

There are currently 5 all male, professional roomies , aged 25-40, lived on this apt for 2-4 years now. All are conscientiously clean and share cleaning the bathroom and kitchen and keeps the whole Apt in order and very well organized. All Non-smokers and drink only on occasions and looking for the same roomie.

There are 3 Sunrooms filled with live ornamental plants. 2 Sunrooms were converted to Bedrooms. There are 2 couch/ sofa - 1 in living room and another on the middle Sunroom. No overnight stay of your friends or significant other. (anyone not on the Lease is prohibited from sleepovers)

The kitchen has all brand new Stainless Steel Appliances - 2 Fridge, new Stove top and dishwasher all purchased by me - technically your Landlord.

The Apt is beside Giordanos pizza , very accessible to CTA Morse Red line. Bus stop is only few steps away by Morse or Pratt Ave. Just accross Farwell is the beach and lighthouse with nearby Morse Market and Target

Roomie applicants are subject to background and credit check. Pls bring a government issued ID during viewing.
