Grad student/teacher with spare room

One spare room in a 1000 sq ft condo in Roger’s Park.
Room includes two closets, equal access to shared spaces and dedicated storage space in the apartment and kitchen. Utilities, wifi, and weekly house cleaner all included in rent. Bedroom does have pink walls and a mural- renter would have to be okay with these features. Otherwise it will be unfurnished.
Kitchen includes new appliances and a Breville espresso machine!
One small non shedding dog in residence who does not bark.
Open to other animals- situational.
I keep a very clean home and am only interested in renting to someone who does the same.
A great fit for an international student or someone who does not have all the furniture for an apartment.
Building is located near the red line and Loyola campus. Close to the beach and walking distance to a small grocery store. Clean, well maintained courtyard building.
